Details for the Pilgrims:

  • At the time of entry, all pilgrims must present the same original Photo ID used while booking, and age proof must be provided for children below 12 years of age who are eligible for free entry.

  • Only Traditional Dress is permitted: Male: Dhoti, Shirt / Kurtha, Pyjama. Female: Saree / Half Saree / Chudidar with Dupatta.

  • All pilgrims who purchased group tickets must report together.

  • No luggage/cell phones/electronic gadgets are allowed when reporting.

  • All bookings are FINAL: no postponement, advancement, cancellation, or refunds are permitted.

  • Shoes must be removed when entering the queue lines, mada streets, and Temple.

  • TTD reserves the right to cancel Darshan under Special Circumstances.

Refund Policies:

Failure transactions are those that are correctly debited by the payment gateway but are not confirmed back to the Garuda Travels system. After reconciliation, all such transactions are eligible for a refund, and the money is returned within 10 to 15 working days. All reservations are final. There is no room for cancellation.

Is it possible to postpone, advance, cancel, or receive a refund for any of the Services?
